It's just over three weeks till Christmas and at Christ the King School we are in the swing of learning some Christmas carols in Italian and bringing out again La Befana e le calze. (La Befana dolls and stockings)
In classes we have been designing our own versions of La Befana and then doing some oral activities describing her. This has encouraged a lot of talking and communicating in Italian and writing some simple sentences to describe our favorite Italian Christmas character.
I hope the children will enjoy seeing their Befanas posted and reading the descriptions of
